Preliminary findings reveals that while awareness of contraceptives is relatively high, actual usage rate remains low due to myths and misconceptions, cultural stigma,The study also highlights the role of education, healthcare provider attitudes and peer influence in shaping adolescents choice regarding contraceptives. In conclusion findings underscore the need for comprehensive, adolescent centered interventions and policy frameworks that address this barriers to improve contraceptives adoption. Enhancing access to accurate information and youth friendly reproductive health services could significantly improve contraceptive use among adolescents, ultimately contributing to better health outcomes and reduced adolescents pregnancy rates.
